Equipment Description

Guiding Devices

This device is to guide tile and put in order from the kiln.

Crank moved by motor controls roller movement to stop and move tiles.

Length of guiding bar: the same as kiln with.

Diameter of guiding bar: 60mm*4000mm, Installation power: 0.37kw.

Glaze Line Lifting System

This device raises the whole row of tiles and convey to the manual table when the latter working procedure needs to change tile shelves.

There are two chains for every spring belt, and crank moved by motor controls belt to up and down.

Chain transmission adopts photoelectric switch, PLC and stepless speed variator to control the speed of chain, and the speed can be adjust to meet the producing requirement.

Installation power: 6.5KW.

Moving System

This device sends the tiles from the end of kiln to the shelves and makes the tile trimness. There are 4pcs of Ctype rubber belt on every moving belt.
