Quartz Stone Slab Machinery Production Line

Our high efficient quartz slab production line is fully automatic, which is mainly composed of fully automatic raw material storage and charging system, stirring and mixing system, distribution system, pressing system, solidify system and cooling system. This plant can effectively reduce the content of resin and realize lower cost and efficient production.

 

Brief Introduction of the Six Systems

 

1) Automatic raw material storage and charging system

This system contains big raw material silos, equipped with electronic charging, conveying and automatic weighing system, can effectively ensure continuous raw material supply. The high efficiency dust collecting system can keep the worksite clean. The whole procedure from the formula inputting to automatic charging can be fully automatic with high efficient and precision.

 

2) Stirring and mixing system

This system consists of VGJB500, VGJB1200 stirrer and VGHL2400 mixer.

Two stirrers are patented product, with features of rational structure, powerful, stir uniformly, high efficiency and easier cleaning.

VGHL2400 mixer is patented product. It is used for mixing various pigments, can control the color patterns ensuring various patterns be pressed out by the pressing machine.

 

3) Distribution system

Distribution system is specially designed to meet the characteristics of low resin content required equipment. It can achieve uniform distribution, high efficiency, non pollution, good consistent of original mixed colors, and multi-color distribution. Differential process operation could be realized with various kinds of distribution function.

 

4) Pressing system

Max size of quartz slab is 3290x1650mm, other sizes can be customized. This system is composed of mechanical structure, hydraulic system, pneumatic system, vacuum and fully automatic control parts. It can realize rapid molding in the condition of high vacuum and high-frequency vibration, and ensure that slabs are high flatness, no air bubble, color uniform, high density and high hardness. Press parameters of the pressing machine are adjustable as per different formulas, which can ensure the shortest pressing time and low resin content. This system adopts special structure, can greatly reduce vacuum-pumping time.

 

5) Solidify system

This system eliminates the disadvantages of large project of pit excavation, unsteady running, high energy consumption and easy pollution caused by old process of solidify oven. Now pit excavation is unnecessary, the light load lift platform technology can ensure the safe running. Heating system adopts heating board which can effectively control the temperature of slabs, efficient heat transference ensuring the solidification without deformation; can greatly reduce occupation of land.

 

6) Cooling system

Adopts efficient cooling technology, can effectively eliminate the deformation of slabs caused by change of stress during period the cooling.

 

Production Process of Quartz Slab

First of all, all sizes of quartz sand are sent to automatic weighing system, then mixed with resin and other additives in the vertical stirrer. Mixtures are sent to distributor for spreading in the mould. Demoulding materials are sent to press machine, in the vacuum condition, air inside is exhausted completely by special press machine. Resin agglutinates material granule. After vibration and pressing, materials are solidified in curing oven at a specific temperature. Those are the solid dense slabs. At last, after air cooling and drying, grinding, trimming and product finished.
